• [l] Amis fordern Russen auf, sich an Verträge zu halten. Wem das jetzt wie eine sinnvolle Forderung erscheint, der mag sich vielleicht mal diesen Sperrvertrag gegen Raketenabwehrschilde angucken, zu dessen Unterzeichnug die Amis 1972 die Russen genötigt haben, weil die weiter waren in der Technologie. Ich zitiere mal:

  Article I

  1. Each Party undertakes to limit anti-ballistic missile (ABM) systems and to adopt other measures in accordance with the provisions of this Treaty.
  2. Each Party undertakes not to deploy ABM systems for a defense of the territory of its country and not to provide a base for such a defense, and not to deploy ABM systems for defense of an individual region except as provided for in article III of this Treaty.

  Und natürlich haben die Amis das auch unterschrieben damals. Aber solche Verträge gelten ja bei uns immer nur solange, wie es uns nützt. Heuchler, elende.
