• [l] New York hat "congestion charges" eingeführt, d.h. Sonderzahlungen für Autofahrer, weil die Stadt im Autoverkehr erstickte.

  Was passierte dann? Ein Wunder, sage ich. Ein Wunder!!

  Und natürlich auch das erwartbare:

  Traffic fatalities across the city are also down, the NYPD’s CompStat 2.0 dashboard shows.

  Und eines Tages wird jemandem auffallen, dass man diese ganzen Autos eigentlich gar nicht braucht.
