Ich würde das erstmal nicht als Bösartigkeit sondern als "die Kommunen sind halt pleite" werten, aber der Effekt ist natürlich identisch. Besser kann auch China die Massen auch nicht zensieren. Wer hat denn unter solchen Umständen noch Bock, ein Blog zu führen?
