[l] Hawaii hat eine innovative Methode gefunden, Uber rauszuekeln: Per Gesetz ein Limit auf Taxipreise setzen. Das Geschäftsmodell von Uber ist ja, a) "Freiwilligen" unterhalb minimum wage zu zahlen, und b) vom Ergebnis nochmal einen Gutteil mit Investoren-Kohle zu subventionieren. Der einzige Punkt, wo die dann doch mal kurzzeitig Kohle einfahren, ist wenn gerade mehr Nachfrage als Bedarf ist, beispielsweise nach einem Football-Spiel oder so, und dann gibt es "Surge Prices", die schonmal Faktor 10 oder mehr aufschlagen können auf den Preis. Und das verbietet Honolulu jetzt. Uber ist nicht begeistert:
